  • 45 minutes on the bike

CYCLE+LIFTed

  • Combined indoor cycling workout w/off-bike HIIT, weights, resistance, sculpting

  • 55 minutes + cooldown

  • Hybrid bike and floor class

  • Mat & floor class full-body sculpting

  • HIIT drills, core, weight & resistance training

  • 30 minutes BYOM (Bring your own mat)

  • Combined Yoga and Pilates format for the body & mind

Strike

  • Combined indoor cycling and HIIT workout w/off-bike boxing drills, circuit training

  • 45 minutes

  • Hybrid bike and floor class, gloves
    & weights provided
